ECIA is the homeowners’ association for Eldorado. Members pay annual dues ($460/year in 2018), and enjoy road and trail maintenance (with Santa Fe County), the outdoor pools, community center, community events throughout the year, Neighborhood Watch and serve on committees as well as run to serve on the Board. A professional homeowners association management company helps out.
